When you call, text, email, or book, Clearly Refined may receive your name, contact details, vehicle information, ZIP code, appointment preferences, and message content.

Booking and automated assistance

Online scheduling is provided through Cal.com. Phone calls may be answered by an automated booking assistant when Axel is unavailable. Those providers process information under their own privacy terms.

How information is used

Information is used to answer questions, manage appointments, provide service, send appointment-related communications, and maintain business records. Clearly Refined does not sell personal information.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information held directly by Clearly Refined by emailing clearlyrefinedsatx@gmail.com. Standard recordkeeping obligations may apply.
